1. Finding a place

- What it costs upfront: 9.9 (unofficial). A fair rent in your area: 9.8, official Housing Authority tool exists but needs checking.

2. Your lease
- Tenant rights and what the contract must contain: 9.2.
- Registration: 9.3. Official sources disagree on the deadline (10 vs 30 days), so ask the Housing Authority.
- Deposit: 9.4 (how much) and 9.18 (getting it back). Rent increases: 9.5. Ending the lease: 9.6. Disputes: 9.7.

3. Moving in

- SIM and internet, transport, driving: 11. Daily life.
4. Permits and housing
- Proof of housing for your permit: 8.1 on 8. Cross-cutting. A short-let booking is not a registered lease (9.12).
5. Buying
- Can a non-EU or non-resident buy: 9.13, needs checking. Taxes and duties: 9.14. Finding a property and a notary: 9.15, no source yet.
